What each configuration includes

Standard: compact bathroom softener system
Standard. Compact LEEMART cabinet softener for one eligible bathroom connection.
Pro / Pro Plus: whole-home softener
Pro and Pro Plus. Whole-home softener vessel. Installed with a separate brine tank (not shown).
Premium configuration: two treatment vessels
Premium configuration only. Two treatment vessels: sediment filtration, then softening. The separate brine tank is not shown.

Less scale. Less daily hassle.

Hardness-causing minerals can leave deposits around your home. A correctly selected and maintained softener helps reduce hardness in the water flowing through your connected outlets.

BATHROOM · HAIR

Hair-washing routines

Shampoo lathers more readily in softened water, so washing and rinsing can feel easier. Individual experience varies.

BATHROOM · SKIN

Daily skin-care routines

Soap lathers and rinses more readily, which many people find makes everyday cleansing feel gentler.

LAUNDRY

Laundry routines

Softer water helps soap lather more readily. Follow your detergent and appliance guidance.

BATHROOM

Taps and showers

Help reduce new hardness-related scale on connected bathroom fixtures.

APPLIANCES

Appliance care

Help limit hardness-related scale in compatible, connected water-using appliances.

MONTHLY CARE

A simpler maintenance routine

Your monthly technician visit helps keep system care organised.

Results depend on source water, sizing, connected outlets and maintenance; existing deposits may still need cleaning. Not a treatment for any skin, scalp or hair condition. Photos are illustrative.

MONTHLY CARE

Every month, a technician. Every visit, a clear check.

Your rental includes one scheduled technician visit every month, so you have a regular point of contact for system care.

Water Softener Regeneration Salt is included under the agreed allowance in Pro Plus and Premium. Standard and Pro customers purchase Water Softener Regeneration Salt separately.

Media servicing and backwashing follow the selected equipment’s requirements. Not every component or media is replaced each month.

Regular care keeps your system checked and organised. It doesn’t mean equipment can never develop a fault — if something seems wrong between visits, contact Support.

Read the Water Guide

What makes water “hard”

Hardness mostly comes from dissolved calcium and magnesium. When hard water is heated or evaporates, these minerals can leave scale on fixtures, in appliances and on surfaces.

How a softener works

A softener passes water through resin that exchanges hardness minerals for sodium. This reduces hardness in the water that flows to the outlets connected after the system.

What regeneration means

Periodically, the softener rinses its resin with brine drawn from the brine tank, restoring its ability to reduce hardness. The rinse water goes to drain. How and when this happens depends on the equipment.

Softening and TDS

Softening exchanges minerals rather than removing them, so total dissolved solids (TDS) readings may change little. A TDS reading is not a measure of hardness.

Sand and sediment

Borewell and tanker supplies can carry sand or suspended particles. A sediment filtration stage addresses those separately from hardness — that’s what Premium’s first vessel is for.

Drinking water is a separate question

Softened or filtered water is not automatically safe to drink. Drinking-water safety depends on testing and suitable purification, which is not part of these rental plans.

Existing scale

A softener helps reduce new hardness-related scale. Deposits already on fixtures or inside appliances may still need cleaning.

Why sizing matters

Results depend on source water, household use, equipment capacity and connected outlets. That’s why we assess before recommending a system.

Areas we currently serve

The approved service-area list will be published here. Until then, request an assessment and we’ll confirm whether we can serve your address.

QUESTIONS

Clear answers, before you commit.

See all 21 questions
What does a water softener do?

It reduces hardness-causing minerals, mainly calcium and magnesium, in the water flowing through connected outlets. This helps reduce new hardness-related scale.

What is the difference between Pro and Pro Plus?

Both provide whole-house/flat softening, subject to assessment, with one technician visit every month. Pro (₹2,499/month) has Water Softener Regeneration Salt purchased separately. Pro Plus (₹2,999/month) includes Water Softener Regeneration Salt under the agreed plan allowance.

What does Premium’s second vessel do?

Premium has two treatment vessels: the first filters sand and suspended sediment, the second softens the water. It also has a separate brine tank that holds Water Softener Regeneration Salt for the softener’s regeneration — the brine tank is not a treatment vessel.

Is Water Softener Regeneration Salt included?

In Pro Plus and Premium, yes — under the agreed plan allowance. In Standard and Pro, Water Softener Regeneration Salt is purchased separately; your technician still checks the level and helps refill when approved Water Softener Regeneration Salt is available.

How much Water Softener Regeneration Salt is included?

It is a defined allowance, not unlimited.

Is there a technician visit every month?

Yes. Every rental plan includes one scheduled technician visit each month.

What happens during the monthly visit?

The technician inspects the system and visible connections, checks for leaks, reviews inlet and outlet hardness, checks Water Softener Regeneration Salt and regeneration, inspects the sediment stage where included, discusses any concerns and records the visit.

What is the refundable deposit?

A ₹4,999 security deposit, separate from your monthly rental. It is refunded at the end of the rental, less any outstanding dues or evidenced damage beyond ordinary wear, as set out in your agreement.

Are there longer contracts with a discount?

Yes. Every plan is a 12-month contract at the listed price. Choose 24 months for 5% off or 36 months for 10% off the monthly rental — for example, Pro is ₹2,499/month on 12 months, ₹2,374 on 24 months and ₹2,249 on 36 months.

What does standard installation cover?

Standard installation is included with every contract. It covers the approved standard scope: positioning the system and connecting it at an agreed point using standard fittings, set-up and an operation check. The final scope is shown in your quotation.

Can extra installation work cost more?

Yes. Additional piping, civil work, electrical work, pumps or special drainage are assessed and quoted before work begins. Nothing extra is done without your approval.

Can I install it in a rented home?

Often, yes. You may need your landlord’s permission for installation. We confirm suitability during the assessment.

Will it cover every outlet in my flat?

It covers outlets connected after the system. Standard covers one eligible bathroom connection. Pro, Pro Plus and Premium aim for whole-house/flat coverage, but some outlets may be on separate lines — the assessment confirms which are connected.

Does it need electricity and drainage?

Many softeners need a power point and a drain for regeneration. Requirements depend on the selected equipment, and we check them during assessment.

Does it reduce TDS?

Not significantly. Softening exchanges hardness minerals for sodium rather than removing dissolved solids, so TDS readings may change little.

Is softened water automatically safe to drink?

No. Softened or filtered water is not automatically safe drinking water. Drinking-water safety depends on testing and suitable purification, which is separate from these plans.

What happens during regeneration?

The softener periodically rinses its resin with brine from the brine tank to restore its ability to reduce hardness, and sends the rinse water to drain. Timing and duration depend on the equipment and its settings.

Can I relocate or cancel?

You can request either through Customer Support. Relocation is reassessed at your new address. Notice periods and any charges will be set out in the rental terms once confirmed.

Do I eventually own the equipment?

No. The equipment remains LEEMART’s property during the rental. No ownership transfer is offered unless confirmed in writing.

What happens if the system develops a fault?

Report it through Customer Support and we’ll arrange an inspection. Repair cover is set out in the rental terms. For a leak, isolate the supply using the instructions given at installation.

Will existing scale disappear immediately?

No. A softener helps reduce new hardness-related scale. Existing deposits may still need cleaning.

Equipment ownership
